It was totally a weird day today. I was working, as normal, and a gentleman came into get his glasses fixed and explained that he is a football coach and got hit by the ball. So i asked him in passing where he coaches at and he said Xavier high school. so i said "REALLY!" I know a family that went through there.
So turns out that this coach was Joe's coach when he was in school. For those of you who don't know, Joe was the first love of my life, that i still think of every other day, that died in a car accident when i was 16. The weirdest part of it is that Joe died nine years ago yesterday. Meeting his coach brought shivers down my spine and tears to my eyes. It is amazing how many lives he touched in his short time alive.
Love you and miss you Joe. I hope heaven is as fun for you as being here with us!!!
