To everyone who reads my blog. HI!!!!!!
I had a great time with my parents in town and getting together with everyone. It was a total blast. I am just excited for a day off tomorrow so that i can actually relax from the crazy weekend and then a long week at work.
We are cat sitting at the moment and he has really changed the way we do things around our house. About nine o'clock pm he whines at us because it is time for bed. We finally give in around ten and then he plays with our feet. He stays up most of the night just playing and being quiet and then at 8am starts whinning at us again because we are still in bed and that is his time. LOL. He will also not lay on the bed unless it is made. LOL. Good news is that he sleeps on the comforter instead of getting cat hair on the sheets. He is a great cat and i will be sad when he goes home. As far as getting another cat, i don't think we will. We both really want a puppy but neither of us are around long enough in the day to make that ok. It wouldn't be fair to get another animal with our schedules flip flopping like they are now. Maybe i will look into a lab for chris's 30th birthday.
Other than that. It is nice to be quiet again. With the weather being so crummy here it is hard to get up and going.
Tomorrow i plan to sleep in and go shopping with my boss. Then I am hitting the gym. I have been told that monday night water arobics are a must do so i need to get some cardio in before that.
It was great to see Penny again this weekend. She looks so great. I know that it hasn't been an easy year for her and i feel like a big whinner, but i am glad that she is looking so good.
Dad and Phil are working out a lot and having lots of fun doing it. I still have to really be in the mood for the gym but keep pushing myself to go. I gained five pounds over the last couple of weeks from really cheating the diet so I am going to get it back off again.
